  • Customer Service
    The Customer Service Critical Elements training program begins by asking participants if they have ever encountered an unpleasant customer or sales situation and not known what to do? As well, participants will be asked if they ever worry that they’re not assertive enough with demanding people? Do they struggle to solve problems? This course will teach participants to know their customers and their needs.
  • Communication Strategies
    This two-day workshop is designed to help participants improve their interactions with other people in their workplace or at home. This workshop gives participants the opportunity to improve the critical communication skills of listening, asking questions and being aware of nonverbal messages.
  • Dealing With Difficult People
    We can work long hours, face declining business, even the loss of our job, but we can’t deal with the difficult people in our lives. Conflict Resolution: Dealing with Difficult People will help participants identify some of the ways they may be contributing to these problems. The course materials provide participants with strategies they can adopt, to use at work as well as in their personal life.
  • Personal Change Management
    This one-day program is designed for anyone wanting to make some positive personal changes in their lives and are unsure of what the most effective processes are to make some positive and long lasting personal change.
